Adam Firestorm

Why did you become a wrestler? A love of the sport, the chance to live out a childhood dream, and an opportunity arose that allowed me to do so.

What is your favorite saying? Nice guys don't ALWAYS finish last.

What is your favorite song? "The Human Drive in Hi-Fi" by cKy.

What is your favorite weapon to use in a wrestling match? Talent. "Weapons" other than parts of your body are for those that lack skill.

What is your favorite movie? Ferris Bueller's Day Off

What is your favorite food? Chicken Breast.

Who is your favorite musical artist or band? Too hard to narrow it down to just one. Everything from cheesy 1980's pop to 1990's grunge to punk, ska, and hair metal.

Who is your favorite actor and/or actress? I don't really have one.

Besides yourself who is your favorite wrestler? I was always a fan of the British Bulldogs, Roddy Piper, Ricky Steamboat, and Jimmy Snuka.

What are you’re outside the ring interests or hobbies? Playing, composing and recording music, filmmaking.

What is your high school and/or college athletic background? Some amatuer wrestling, rugby, martial arts, and submission fighting.

What promotions have you worked for? ECCW, NAW, ASPW, Portland Wrestling, PNCW, CWUSA, CAPW, BCW, WHIP, BBOW, ACE Wrestling, CAW, Can-Am, and several others I can't remember.

What titles have you held? ECCW Heavyweight title, NWA Canadian Junior Heavyweight title (x2), ECCW Junior Heavyweight title (x3) , ACE Cruiserweight title.

What is your most memorable match ever? They are all memorable in one way or another as I enjoy them so much. If I had to pick one, however, I would pick a match I had against Dr. Luther in Portland, Oregon with Roddy Piper in my corner. Being a huge Roddy Piper fan when i was a kid, that was a truly aweosme moment for me.

Who was your toughest opponent in a single or tag team match? Jason the Terrible of IWA Japan & W*ING fame. I wrestled him two nights in a row. Made me truly believe that if I could survive those matches, I could survive anything.

What would you like people to know about you? That I always give my all in each and every match, no matter how many people are in attendance or who my opponent is. I'm always looking for a challenge to test my skills, or an outlet to showcase those skills that already exist.

What would you be doing if you weren’t a wrestler? Most likely I would be working in film or video production in some capacity. Probably post-production, as that is my forte.

What would you like people to remember about you? That I was one of the greatest wrestlers to ever come out of the country of New Zealand.

Thank You Adam Firestorm it's been a pleasure.
