Iron Eagle

Why did you become a wrestler? Well, I started watching wrestling when I was around five years old.  I don't remember how I started watching it, but it was right around the time of the first Wrestle Mania.  My very first memory of it is watching Don Maraco, King Kong Bundy and Bobby Heenan attacking Hulk Hogan.  I was so upset it made me nauseous.  That's how into it I was.  I used to tell my mother that I wanted to be 2 things when I grew up.  A wrestler and a mail man.  My logic at the time was that so while I was delivering the mail, the kids in the neighborhood could chase me down for my autograph.  Although, the desire to be a mailman faded.  The desire to become a pro wrestler remained, and finally when I was 22 years old, I found a pro wrestling school and joined.  The rest is history from there.

I'm a big baseball and football fan.  The NY Yankees and the NY Giants are my favorite teams.  I also enjoy being in fantasy football leagues.  I love to play wiffle ball also.  I love to lift weights.  I also have high interest in certain types of wild animals.  Bald Eagles, Whales, dolphins, bears etc...Really fascinate me!!!

What is your high school and/or college athletic background? Who was your toughest opponent in a single or tag team match? In a singles match, I'd have to say its a 4 way tie between, Slugger, Andrew Anderson (both in ECPW), and Mark Gore and G .Q .  Smooth (both in various encounters all over New England).  As far as Tag Team matches go, The Corporate Empire (in ECPW) who consisted of MVP Sean Martin and Dan Da Man, Along with Garret Dominance and Johnny Ova (also in ECPW)

What would you like people to know about you? This is a tough question.  I guess, when I'm old and look back on my life someday I would like people to have known me as a great entertainer, both inside and outside of the world of pro wrestling.  I guess it somewhat ties in with the last question in this interview...

What would you be doing if you weren't a wrestler? I'm about to graduate from the CT School of Broadcasting, so I think I'd be a DJ on the radio.  I'd like to have my own Radio show someday.

What would you like people to remember about you? A legend in the world of professional wrestling, a success in his life after wrestling, and a good father to his children

Thank You Iron Eagle it's been a pleasure.

Iron Eagle - "First I want to thank you, the interviewer for wanting to interview me.  I also want to thank anyone who takes the time to read this interview.  Its always a great feeling for me when someone wants to take time out of there day to hear what I have to say.  It means that people are interested in me, and respect what I do.  I also want to thank anyone who has ever come up to me at a show, and various other places and asked me for my autograph.  Some of the best memories from my childhood are of going and getting autographs from the different wrestlers.  If I can create any memories like that for just one child who's a wrestling fan today, than that's a major accomplishment for me.  I would also like to thank my friends inside the wrestling business.  Guys like Kidd USA Jay Jaillet, G. Q. Smooth, Spider etc. who have helped create a lot of good times and memories for me thus far in my wrestling career, and in my life in general.  And last but not least, I would like to thank my mom and my girlfriend Kelly, for both being very supportive of me and my career.  I love you both.  And to all of my future opponents, I issue this warning: "Although, my hangar is in Fairfield, CT.  My landing strip is in the middle of that Squared Circle.  And when its all said and done, and all the smoke has cleared, everyone in the arena, ESPECIALLY my opponents know that there next wrestling legend has landed.  So incase of a crash landing, tuck your head between your knees and kiss your @$$ goodbye because its your turn, to crash and burn"!!!"
