"Technical Legend" Ryan Cooke

Why did you become a wrestler?-As a child, it was my life, and once I grew up, understood more about the sport, and learned more about it, I decided that it was something I'd love to be able to make a living off of in my lifetime.

What is your favorite saying?-I got it like that.

What is your favorite song?-Has to be my theme, #1 by Nelly.

What is your favorite weapon to use in a wrestling match?-My legs.  I'd rather kick somebody's head off than use a simple folding chair.

What is your favorite movie?-Friday.

What is your favorite food?-Give me a big chicken breast and I'm set.

Who is your favorite musical artist or band?-Probably Nelly or Killswitch Engage.

Who is your favorite actor and/or actress?-I'd have to say in all honesty, Charles Bronson.  Guy can do a mean action movie.

Besides yourself who is your favorite wrestler?-Jushin "Thunder" Lyger.

What are you're outside the ring interests or hobbies?-I love Video Games.  Toss a controller in my hand and I can zone out for hours.

What is your high school and/or college athletic background?-Played some Hockey and Basketball in my day.

What promotions have you worked for?-Northern Impact Wrestling, and Minnesota Championship Wrestling.

What titles have you held?-NIW Tag Team Championship, and MCW Heavyweight Championship.

What is your most memorable match ever?-In December of
04, myself and my partner Vinnie Divine defended our tag belts against Malikite and GVD.  It was so memorable due to the hype led up to it being the card was billed as Featured Attraction(us) vs E.H.F. in the Double Shot rematch.  Had huge hype and we finished it with me hitting Malikite with The Canadian Destroyer. (props to Petey Williams for bringing that one out)

Who was your toughest opponent in a single or tag team match?-Probably Pyro, or now as he goes by, Jason Saint.  I've never faced somebody that could kick as hard as I could, and keep up on the technical wrestling.

What would you like people to know about you?-I love the sport, and I'd do almost anything for it. 

What would you be doing if you weren't a wrestler?-Probably go to college and get a degree in something.

What would you like people to remember about you?-He always gave it his all to make sure the crowd went home happy.
